Hydraulic Tilt Top Glass Cutting Table

Reduce glass handling time with a “Tilt Top Glass Cutting Table”.  This is a highly versatile table with a number of optional accessories available allowing you to design the table to suit your production requirements.  Standard features include hydraulic actuated tilting mechanism, table top carpeting, full plenum air flotation system, automatic drop down retractable roller toes and large swivel casters.  Optional features include manual or pneumatic actuated breaker bars in both the X & Y directions, extra heavy duty plenum air flotation and electric loading winch.

 

 

• Heavy duty all welded steel construction.  Standard stock size of 9‘ x 12’.

• Hydraulic actuated tilting mechanism easily handles 3/4“ glass plates.

• 3 HP full plenum air flotation system is standard.  Optional 6 HP extra heavy duty air flotation system is available.

• Retractable wood toes to handle glass in vertical position.  Optional Automatic drop down roller toes are available.

• Optional X & Y direction manual or pneumatic actuated breaker bars are available.
