Perfect Technology Heated Roller Presses offer increased productivity by one of the industry=s most technically advanced presses. These presses are the best equipment for the high speed production of insulating glass units using Tru Seal=s DuraSeal Product Seal. The Perfect Technology Heated Roller Press offers the following features and advantages to the user: Models available in 60" or 84" widths with3, 5 or 7 sets of Rollers. Up Gradable! All presses are manufactured on a 7 set roller machine frame. A five ( 5 ) set roller press can be easily modified to a 7 set roller unit by simply adding two additional sets of press rollers and readjusting the taper spacing of the rollers. Constructed from Quality Components to ensure low maintenance cost and long service life. Unit features cast iron pillow blocks, variable speed positive chain drive, frame fabricated from heavy tubular steel and strong steel weldments, 416 stainless steel oven conveyors rollers , press rollers are covered with vulcanized nitrile precision ground to 7" diameter. Digital Height Gage readout of press roller spacing is standard. Press is equipped with an Optical Temperature Sensing Unit. Operator can monitor temperature of each insulated unit as it exits the press and can adjust the press speed for optimal processing control. Built in temperature sensing eliminates the need to purchase and use secondary temperature measuring devices to control operating temperatures. Quick Change Bulb Replacement, Press is equipped with built in tilting top bulb housing mechanism that enables burnt out heating bulbs to be replaced very quickly with minimum effort. No removal of the lower or upper bulb housing from the machine is required to gain access to the bulbs. With the PTC Heated Roller Press bulbs can be replace within a thirty minute interval by a labor crew of only one to two persons. No removal of the lower or upper bulb housings from the machine is required to gain open and total access to the bulbs. Replace of burnt out bulbs on competitive roller presses requires two ( 2 ) to three ( 3 ) hours by a labor crew of 3 people. Processing Control, Automatic heat measuring enables the operator to maintain accurate heat press control and the roller compression feature of the press provide for accurate sizing of the insulating of glass units with a tight A wetted A seal.
