Tilt Top Grid Applicator Table

Table designed to tilt table top upward 85 degrees to enable manufacturing personnel  to quickly align muntin grids and accurately apply second lite to the first glass lite of an insulated unit.   Tilt Top Grid Table has the following features:

 

• Table available in  48” x 84”, 60" x 84" ,60” x 96”,  84" x 84", 72" x 96"  and 84" x 96" Sizes.    Table frame fabricated from 3" x 2" heavy wall tubular steel.   Frame is 100% MIG welded construction.

• Equipped with Filtered Plenum Air Flotation Unit to reduce dust content in the air.   Air Flotation Flow is reversible to create vacuum hold down feature to secure lite to table during alignment and second lite assembly.

• Table Top Tilts upward to 85 degree angle to facilitate the mating assembly of insulated unit lites.  Table tilting is achieved by two heavy duty 3 2 A diameter pneumatic cylinders.

• Table Edges and Internal Operating Slot edges are trimmed with renewable nylon edging to prevent damage to table top covering.

• Table top is covered with durable hard surface material.  Grids spaced on 5/8” centers as been cnc machine cut into top surface material.

• Table is equipped with a pneumatic pop up alignment stop on the table exit end and with cam up alignment and support stops on the front table edge.
