Rotating Sealing Table
RST is the ultimate sealing table of speed of production and operator satisfaction. It can handle all types and sizes of IG Units and features neoprene spherical ball casters to protect glass units form scratching. See other side for complete specifications on the equipment item.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: The PST is a power operated table used to facilitate the sealing of single or stacked insulating units up to 400 pounds. The frame is constructed of heavy duty structural steel and the top is 1/2 inch thick aluminum tooling plate. Unit size is 36" x 42" and will extend to 64" x 70". The top has 2' neoprene spherical ball casters and the two 2 1/2" x 5 1/2" oval vacuum cups. The table top is raised and lowered by a foot pedal switch actuated 5" bore X 8" stroke pneumatic cylinder. The table is 34" high in the lowered position, and up to 42" high in the raised position. The vacuum cups are raised and lowered by two 1" bore x 1" stroke pneumatic cylinders which are actuated by a foot pedal. The rotation of the table is powered by a DC drive motor with speed control. The directional rotation switch and speed control rheostat are mounted on a control panel on the table frame. The rotation is actuated by an electrical foot pedal. The table will not rotate unless in the raised position. he table top power rotates 360 degrees and can be stopped at any position by stepping on the foot pedal. The RST requires 110 volt, 60 cycle, single phase AC power and a compressor capable of providing 100 psi compressed air @ 5 cfm.Advantages: The sealant applicator can stand in one position and work at his own pace because of directional rotation and speed control. You have the capability of sealing multiple stacked units as well as single dual seal units.
